My nails are quite weak and they break really easily. Please guide me with the diet and any nail strengthening lotion if required.

They are brittle nails. Due to vitamin deficiencies,iron deficiencies and protein deficiencies along with some fungal infection, hypothyroidism.need to rule out cause for effective treatment. Dr Kiran, askandiscuss.com
