I am having long history of masturbation since age of 14. Now i am 29 and recently married . I am having sexual thought . I am having very erection and early ejacultion .due to this i dont have self confidence to talk to people. We are having lots of foreplay but the erection is very weak . I am just frustrated with guilt og masturbation. I want to enjoy my sex life and concieve her. Kindly suggest me. I always keep thinking about my situation. And the thought s doesnt go.
