Since past 3 months I am feeling like my chest is getting weak. Whenever I cough I can feel heaviness on both sides of chest. But I can do my regular activities without any issues but heaviness in my chest is still there. Recently I have taken my chest xray and report was normal but how can I make my chest stronger from inside. Sometimes I feel pinch like pain on both sides of chest but it goes on its own. Can anyone please suggest some treatment for this issue
