Weak and dizzy even 4 months after covid

4 months ago I had covid. Was given dexamethasone (8mg BD), mucinac, fabiflu (800mg OD), microdox, doxolin, rosavegold, nitazox for 15 days. My oxygen levels never went below 95. 14th day I had emergency where my full body became very stiff and I had to rush to emergency. They told me to immediately stop these heavy medicines and gave vitamin E and shelcal along with a capsule for nerve relaxation (I don't know the name as I was given 3 capsules and name was not printed on that part). Stiffness went away 2nd day, so I continued with vitamin E (finished 2 strips, 1 per day) and shelcal (finished 15 tablets, 1 per night). Since then it has been 3+ months and my weakness is not going away. I am constantly feeling balance issues every day. And I can't stand for more than 10 minutes. I start feeling strong urge to sit. My blood reports are normal (incl. IL6, CRP, D-Dimer), except high cholesterol. Have taken Actitrax and Glutamine for 20 days as per prescription. Please can you guide me.

Vitamin d can be decreased post covid. Check and keep taking multivitamins and minerals, eat healthy and balanced diet, for dizziness may need some medications. Consult me privately for proper management
