We suspect crossed eyes in my son 3 year by coming Jun. We could able to see concern 100% in his some photos. Attached his some photos, please check. What step we need to take first to diagnose or confirm the problem (visit any eye hospital or check and visit best child eye specialist) and steps further to get best and honest treatment to get him cured without surgery.

Hello A.  In photos it appears as esotropia but cover test is best test to evaluate squint B.  If esotropia is present, first step is cycloplegic refraction and assessment of visual acuity as squint is associated with lazy eye in some children C.  I would recommend you to consult local paediatric Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Feel free to ask more queries Regards
