HI Sir/Madam, Me and my wife both have same blood group O negative. Will this blood group create a problem for pregnancy ? Please advise ?

No problem . Both of you are having same Rh typing so baby will be also same Rh .If mother is Rh negative and father is Rh positive then baby may be or may not be Rh positive If baby is The positive then Anti D injection should give to mother within 72 hours of delivery.
