RBC - 5.56 Hemoglobin - 14.9 WBC - 11190 Platelets - 185 ESR - 17 Vitamin D - 8.00 Mild Cold with wet yellow cough So what should i do to make Vitamin D normal & also if you can suggest Medicines  ? & also to bring the ESR & WBC in normal range..

Hi dear U have mild infection hopefully it will settle by itself and so the WBC and ESR will get normal by itself You need to take supplements for vitamin d but whether to take oral or injection depends upon ur complaints so please consult so that we can discuss everything in detail and I can guide u better Take care

Above values indicate that you have a fever related infection and deficiency of vitamin d.You can either use injection form of vitamin d if you are symptomatic or vitamin d 60000 iu sachet once a week for at least 15 weeks along with calcium supplement daily.Exposure to the sunlight ,eggs ,milk and dairy products ,codliver oil are rich sources of vitamin d.
