Waxing after C-section

I had my C-section almost 5.5 months back, in February. Can i get bikini wax and tummy wax done now? Also, can i start with my exercise routine, like skipping, jogging, sit ups etc.?

Yes you can do skipping, jogging and sit ups.For waxing also you can go.Excercise you start slowly , initially one kind of exercise then gradually increase two like that.You can go for walking also.
