My baby is about to complete 4 months since yesterday he is passing watery stools. Today same just a small amount he is passing after every feed. Doctor told to give ecogram gg powder we gave yesterday and today. When will this stop? worried his weight would reduce because of this current weight is 5.7 birth weight 3.2
