Hi doctors, My 16 days old son has very watery stool with yellow particles. Also, there is redness around his anus which looks a little swollen. He's struggling to poop and passes a lot of gas. Can someone please help me with possible causes and solutions? Context: I'm currently taking post partum ayurveda medicines and consuming almost 3 glass of milk per day. I myself have indigestion issue since past 3 days. Baby is being exclusively breastfed.
