Watery discharge post 6month Delivery

I had normal delivery around 6months back post lochia I still have watery discharge everyday it is not very smelly or itchy doctor has given anti bacterial medicine and now I am on vibact but still it continues..I am afraid if there is any other underlying issue as it's not stopping...Also I had Covid recently and doctors have asked to keep private parts clean because of other post Covid complications....
