My daughter is having spherical power -2.5 in both eyes. Is there a way to recover or treat the same? Can it be decreased by some exercises?

There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of the glasses except lasik. And for that you will have to wait for 5to6 years.

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses Lasik is only option but it is also possible after age of 18 years
