Due to mistake, hand just slap my eye. Just feeling that eye is more wet than normal eye. Please advise

Is there any redness ,watering,pain,discharge and/or blurring of vision. There might be a small abrasion. Please do cold compresses and put some plain antibiotic drop Or Consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
