Water dripping from my nose.

Some time when I tilt my head or Lean forward there is water like substance dripping out of my nose. I am not suffering from cold. What should I do ??

You may be having a condition called spontaneous CSF rhinorrhea- which is nothing but leakage of fluid called CSF surrounds your brain . Need to get an MRI brain CISS 3 d for further evaluation and needs to be treated appropriately by a Neurosurgeon. Do not neglect.
