Water blisters in between fingers.

From last 5-6 days i am experiencing itching in between my fingers. I noticed that they are water blisters. I am not allergic to anything. It feels itchy and sometime pain when i pop it. I wash my hand frequently when i touch something. What is reason for this. Its really interepting in my daily life. kindly let me know the reason and how to prevent and avoid it
