Hello...... What was echo result.... ?? High  blood  pressure is a high risk  condition.. Myocardial infarction  is on3 the cause for chest pain..  Not the only  cause..  Physical examination is required along  with report  to comment.. Consult cardiologist with  the report in nearest hospital..
