Hi greetings... These may not be warts but actually DPN or seborrhoiec keratosis or skin tags. There's no cream to cure them or prevent them . you'll need to get them removed by electro surgery or laser. Use of sunscreens regularly may prevent recurrence of DPN . see a dermatologist near you.hope this helps. Dr Govind S Mittal.
