Dear doctor, I recently i noticed a tiny and barely noticeable bump on my anus, online it kept saying its anal herpes but theres no other bump other than a pimple on my vulva that i popped and secreted pus not blood, in the shower I accidentally scratched off the bump on my anus and it bled and stopped pretty quickly. I often have skin tags on my arms and my thighs and my neck, could it be just a skin tag i ripped off? I also have very severe IBS. Many thanks
