I have been using podowart and salactin paint from last many days .but now skin is more worse. kindly see the attachment picture once.and tell me what should i use now.

First of all, podowart is not supposed to be self applied. Secondly salactin paint is not supposed to be used in this area. It has become infected now. Please contact me using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
