Looks like wart. Can removed easily by electrocautery or radio frequency machine.

This appears to be a Wart in presentation. A wart is a small growth with a rough texture that can appear anywhere on the body. It can look like a small cauliflower. Warts are caused by viruses. Electrocautery is a good option to remove it. Consult ur Dermatologist for the same.
