Warmness in whole body

I generally feel my whole body hot when I touch , specially lower legs while as I checked the temperature it is always 98.5 to 98.8 .it disturb me .I am feeling the same from  last one month .what may be cause. I have no sugar and taking telma -40 am for bp .pl advice
