I want to delay my period by approx 10days as i will be traveling overseas for a vacation and going swimming and will also be sexually active. My weight is 45kgs. Which tab of how much MG should i take and when and how frequently? Pls advise!

Take tab primolut N 5 mg three times a day for five days starting from four days before ur expected due dates .
