As IgM is positive it indicates that antibodies for the bacteria are surely present in the body. These antibodies have been produced by your body due to recent infection by those bacteria. But as antigens for the same bacteria are very low, you don't need to worry as your body has fought against those bacteria and has protected you. Titers more than  1: 100 indicate typhoid.
