I am a vegetarian and also use to stay away from my home. Due to which i m unable to get proper food which results in lack of vitamins, for that i take "zincovit". One family doctor also suggested me to take b complex vitamin as i use take antacid pills regularly, is it safe to have b complex and if it is then please suugest name of b complex pills
