Hello Dr ,I am 23 yr old ...my right eye number wz _11 & left eye _4 number. ...I want to remove my glasses permanently ...plzz suggests me proper treatment

You must visit an ophthalmologist and get a Lasik workup done. After the workup your doctor will be able to suggest you what is best for you.
