You should show it once to just check the nature of the cyst. Mostly such cysts are simple cysts or could be sebaceous. But just show it once to rule out anything else.
You should consult an ENT specialist. He will do an ear examination especially if you had any history of ear discharge. Can be a normal cyst as well which needs simple excision. But if it is due to an underlying ear infection, it needs surgery.
