Please if some one could tell me what this report means as I am not able to understand the medical terms used in it

The report essentially means that you have inflammatory arthritis which means that the tissues lining ur joint are swollen and are destroying the joints of your foot , depending on ur symptoms and findings your doctor may start you on specialised meds for the arthritis , please review with your Dr !
