The details for the same Sph -0.25, Cly -1.00, Axis 80 Right eye Sph -0.25, Cly -0.50, Axis 75 Left eye Please tell me should i wear the specs daily or occasionally & if it can be cured naturally.

These types of power usually cause headaches if you will not wear glass .If there is no complaints of headache you can ignore it because power is very minimal .

your number is not very high. but its always better you wear it ,, this will reduce strain on eyes and will help you see better,, as of now, natural cure for this is not known
