Mam I check My Pregnancy test it's +ve... I Don't get my Periods from the month Of January Feb March...? Should I take mifegest tables? Or 1st I Go through Ultra Sound...? Bcz I Don't know properly When I Get Pregnent..! Can Ultrasound gives me the Answer of How Many Month's Old My Pregnancy...?
