Ur ultrasound report show 5.4wks GS.
Without cardiac activities.
It's normal.
I need complete information regarding ur menes pattern and last date of menes. So I can advise you in better way.
As fetal pole and cardiac activities can visualized on ultrasound after 7-8wks. In ur case it's 5wks so better to wait and do scan after 15 - 20days & inform me result for further advise.
U should start Tab. Folic acid 5mg once a day.
