one breast mildly bigger or smaller than the other is a normal variation. no need to worry for that. learn to do a self breast examination. you have to lie down and use your palm aspect of your fingers to roll over your breast to find out if there is any lump. If you have difficulty consult your doctor who'll help you out. If no lumps felt then you are absolutely normal.
