My 2nd day ultrasound report shown that" normal sized uterus with endometirum thickness 7.3 mm" bt my doc prescribed me letroz nd progynova nd dusphaston, bt i read that progynova treated for those who have thin endo. Thickness , does my medicine ok or not?? Should i take progynova or change my doc???

Progynova is good in follicular phase dear. It works in ways more than improvement of endometrial thickness

The doctor who s treating is d best person to gauge  . Have faith in ur doctor.  U need to hv positive thoughts when u r planning. Trust ur doctor, she will b doing the best to u n she will b d happiest the day u conceive.
Next Steps
also certain amount of thinning could b expected with fertility drugs , this hampers the chances of implantation.  so in order to improve ur chances of getting pregnant she would hv prescribed

Your doctor would have seen a lagging behind of your endometrium during the folliculography .. that could have been reason to give progynova.
