I have breathing problem during sleep I have been diagnosis for nesal  obstruction. Cut scan report - polypoidal mucosal thickening/ retrnsion cyst s are noted in bilateral maxillary sinuses. Deviated medal spectrum is noted towards left side with spur formation Nd have been advice surgery Nd polysomnography
