Walking with constrained motion of legs

I walk with restricted motion of legs.It looks like constrained motion. My body is not loose. Also the steps during walking are very small. Some say the reason can be stiff muscles in lower back and upper leg. What do you think the reason can be?What steps will you suggest to improve my walking stance? Also I feel some nerve pain in the legs while raising my legs during exercise. Can this be the issue?

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Yes this can solved as this is pure muscle stiffness. It is well addressed with matrix rhythm therapy such give results immediately in your condition. It's better to get assessed by a physiotherapist and get advised and take treatment accordingly
