Waiting for the success of iui

I have undergone iui on 27/9/2017.but after two days iui itself I started having cramps which I used to get few days before my periods.what is indication of it?I am desperately waiting to concieve and do not want to obtain negative result this time.

Well this time u may be lucky as cramping often happens at the time of implantation ,all the best ,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
