After recent intercourse I found out pain and irritation and discomfort down there for quite some time then I discovered I got perineal tear and anal fissure which are not getting settle down it has been 36 hrs. Although I have applied some antiseptic cream(boroline) and have take 1 acceclowoc-sp tab. Not useful. Is there anything risky to let it heal on it's way or should I seek medical attention?
