VSD issue 3 year old kid

My 3 year son has multiple VSD , max size 4.3 mm . Eco is done by paediatric cardiologists. He asked us to visit every after 6 months for eco and there is nothing to worry. Looking for 2nd opinion

If VSD is of 4.3mm and ur kid doesn't have any symptoms like shortness of breath, repeated chest infection, nothing requires to be done as of now. As theres a chance that VSD might close on its own till 8 years of age. So as advised by ur doctor get the regular scans done.
