2.3 years baby having stools like watery more than 4 times since morning to evening, had fever in afternoon and at night done vomiting while eating....fever seems to be continue....

Hello yes since your symptoms are so severe... you definitely need to go to hospital and first take injections to stop your vomitings..And you can be given. I v fluids. As per your symptoms as you say you are. Dehydrated. Please take dolo for fever.Please meet a doctor...Thank you
