My son is 4 month old. He was hit on car door on Wednesday 10am. It's been over 48hours he vomited now should I be worried? He was taking feed and sleeping he took vomit full force. One episode. Please suggest I am worried

Where was he hit? Head? If yes, get ct of head done. If not, give antiemetic. If not relieved, go to doctor opd
