Babies usually vomit out some amount of milk in the form of white lumps (curdled milk), may be a teaspoonful or two after feeds or during burping. This is called 'possetting' which is normal. It reduces by the age of 9-10 months.
To reduce the vomiting, after feeds keep baby in upright position for 15-20 mins, avoid tight diapers or clothing, avoid play/tummy time immediately after feeds.
