Crying prior to passing urine or motions is normal in babies. As far as the vomiting is concerned, what is the quantity of feeds that he or she vomits and how long after the feeds needs to be taken into consideration. Also is he/she gaining weight well? Kindly do not give gripe water. It will hardly help in this situation. Burp after each feed and try and make the baby sleep in an inclined position to prevent vomiting
