My 3 year son does not eat enough from last 7 days then 4 days ago he suffered from fever gave him paracetamol and fever cured within o ne day ,next day he did vomitting and gave him rantac znd then ok,today morning he vomit 3 times and 7-8 times he did loose motion now what to do?he does not drink ors

Hi, looks like Gastro enteritis. Immediately show him to paediatric doctor and keep giving him ORS solution.
