Vomiting and hard stomach paining

From 2nd day of my periods am getting too much whole belly and chest paining. I can't walk also properly. But my periods blood also not too much. But pain is harder than periods pain. Also vomiting too much. Now my vomiting Colour was green and before this vomiting my vomit Colour was yellow before that vomiting was normal. Please help me what to do. Give me some medications. I can't bear with😭
