Need to know more info..like is child active? What about feeding pattern...weight gain.?if few semi solid loose stool, it's k...if weight gain normal...meanwhile,try econorm half sachet twice daily....for 2-3 days...after feeds,advised burping...if baby dull, visit Dr immediately..
