Vomiting after taking Anti TB drugs

Hi, My wife is taking Anti TB medicine since last 15 days. For first 10 days she was having only mild fever. But since last 5 days she is vomiting and having high fever (101F-103F) after 2-3 hours of taking TB Medicine. Also today she got vomiting right after taking medicine and having high fever. Previously fever used to reduce after taking PCM, but today it's not going down. Is this usual pattern after taking TB Medicine? Any guidance here.
