Hi, here you have missed to give one of important details i.e baby's birth weight. Based on her birth weight one can say howmuch should be her minimum feeding quantity (in ml for each and every feed). It's ok. Next important thing is the frequency. At what frequency you are feeding is also important. For a newborn baby recommendation is 2nd hourly (12 feeds in a day/24hours) feeding, advising to continue feeding at night time also. Remember about burping. Burping is very important thing to be followed for a newborn which is to be done after each and every feed. Do burping adequately which may take 10-15minutes each time you do burping. I feel cause for vomitings in your child case is over feeding. You just need to give demand feeding(means howmuch baby is comfortable to take) but don't over feed the baby.
Next Steps
Direct breast feeding, formula feeding (only in case of no adequate milk secretion for mother or if there is any contraindication of breast milk), do adequate burping, immunization as per schedule, watch for growth and development
