Nothing to worry and be careful after feeding ,burp the baby well after each feed. Give frequently small feed.

Sreepriya, paediatrician Vomiting is a common problem in this age group You have already done an abdominal scan and it is reported as normal Inspite of vomiting, if baby has adequate weight gain , bowel  habits are also normal then there is no concern Another cause can be forceful feeding, in appropriate feeding Try to give breast milk mother  in sitting position Don't over feedbaby frequently Keep head end of the baby elevated Some times it can be due to a cause called gastro esophageal reflux, that means from stomach, milk is refluxing back and producing Vomiting
