Vomit with 101 Fever.

My son who is 6.5 years old started vomit since 5 PM for 7 to 8 times. I have consult a doctor who prescribed for ORS and Lansoprajol 30 mg and also gave an injection of ondem. But since 10 PM he is suffering from fever (101). Can I give him Paracetamol 250 mg syrup in empty stomach? Since he has not taken any food since 3 PM. Please suggest.

Yes  u  can give. No isssue Remember  After  antiemetic  medicine  Don't give  anything  to  ur  child  for 20 min atleast
