Vomit stomach bloat, aches before period

I am having vomiting issues and later stomach bloat for past 4 days, now bloat has reduced but got pains below abdomen and below chest on both sides, lower back pain. Expected period was yesterday. Eating outside brings vomit again. And my breasts are tender and can see nerve like red marks over it. Not sure if its my usual period pain or pregnancy .
