Hey, i am a boy age 23
in earlier days i used to eat a lot without any problem, but from last 2 years i am on a healthy & light diet including whey protein, BCAA's eggs, pulses, peanut butter, brown bread, groundnut etc.
As i am a fitness freak so i have to take whey protein & BCAA.
Now the problem starts, whenever i ate food in high qauantity or even a small food from outside vendors make me vomit & i also become lactose intolrent don't know how?
Please suggest why this is happening
I am 17 years old my weight was 90kg ...5 months earlier...but now i lost interest in food from last 5 mo
